Thank you for making an appointment with Ram Skin Clinic. We want the appointment booking, cancellation and refund process to be clear and straightforward. Please review the policy below before completing an online appointment booking or payment.
1. Appointment Terms
Appointments booked through the Ram Skin Clinic website are subject to availability and confirmation. When you make an online appointment and payment, you agree to provide accurate contact and appointment information.
The appointment fee relates to the scheduled consultation. Patients are encouraged to arrive or connect at the appropriate time and to notify the clinic as early as possible if they are unable to attend.
Medical consultation fees, appointment availability and clinic schedules may be updated from time to time.
2. Rescheduling an Appointment
If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, you may request to reschedule the appointment before the scheduled appointment time.
Rescheduling is subject to the availability of appointment slots at Ram Skin Clinic.
- Please contact the clinic before your scheduled appointment whenever possible.
- A new appointment date or time will be provided subject to availability.
- Where an eligible paid appointment is successfully rescheduled, the existing payment may be applied to the rescheduled appointment.
3. Cancellation
If you do not wish to reschedule, you may request cancellation of an eligible appointment and ask for a refund in accordance with the refund terms stated on this page.
We encourage patients to notify Ram Skin Clinic as early as possible when they know they will not be able to attend an appointment.
4. No-Show Appointments
If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment and do not arrive at the clinic, the appointment may be treated as a no-show.
Under the current Ram Skin Clinic appointment policy, patients who are unable to attend may request either rescheduling or an eligible refund, subject to the conditions described below.
Patients are encouraged to notify Ram Skin Clinic about a missed appointment by emailing skinclinic88@gmail.com.
5. Refund Eligibility
Ram Skin Clinic currently offers a full refund for eligible online appointment payments when the refund request is made within the permitted refund period.
You are eligible to request a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days from the date of payment.
Once the 14-day refund period has passed, the appointment payment will generally no longer be eligible for a refund under this policy.
- The 14-day period is calculated from the original payment date.
- Refund eligibility applies to qualifying online appointment payments made through Ram Skin Clinic.
- Refund requests should include enough information for the clinic to identify the relevant appointment and payment.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact Ram Skin Clinic and provide the information necessary to locate your appointment.
It is helpful to include:
- Patient name
- Registered phone number or email address
- Appointment date and time
- Payment or transaction reference, if available
- Reason for the cancellation or refund request

7. Refund Processing
Once a refund request has been reviewed and approved, the refund will normally be initiated using an appropriate payment method.
The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in your account may depend on the bank, card provider, payment gateway or other payment service involved in the original transaction.
Ram Skin Clinic cannot control processing times imposed by banks or third-party payment providers after a refund has been initiated.
